As we move towards a future shaped by rapidly advancing technology, I am committed to working at the intersection of humans and technology to bridge the gap and harness the power of both. My focus is on deepening human-machine partnerships in order to build products, experiences, and relationships that scale and drive innovation. By understanding and leveraging the potential of people, systems, and technology, I am able to create a positive impact and shape the future of work, business, and society.

I am an Experience Design and Growth Marketing C-Level executive, board member, founder, and advisor with 14 years of experience leading Human-Centered Design, Operations, and Strategic Marketing efforts. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to understand and address complex problems, develop and execute growth strategies, and create value for organizations and their stakeholders.

As a recognized thought leader in Fourth Industrial Revolution skills and careers, I've spoken at prestigious events and contributed to publications including NVIDIA's GTC Conference, VentureBeat, and Singularity University. Currently, I serve as the Lead Consultant for the NSF Engines Generate Advanced Manufacturing Excellence for Change (GAME Change) in the Southeastern Commerce Corridor (SCC). Previously, I held roles as the inaugural Vice President of Workforce Systems at Cortex Innovation and as a Regional Coalition Advisor for the Illinois Climate and Equitable Jobs Act. In these positions, I champion work readiness, innovation, and regional economic development, emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and accessibility as core principles.

In summary, my passion for creating impactful human-machine partnerships and my experience in driving growth and innovation make me a valuable asset to any organization looking to navigate the rapidly evolving technological landscape and build a more inclusive and sustainable future.
